Monday, December 3, 2018 ((rezonodwes.com)) – Dozens of young readers marched Wednesday at the Kiosque of Valparaiso University to get a copy of the first collection of poems by Jamesky Jeanty , entitled “Réldouvanjou”.
So to speak, the Creole expression literature has just darkened some more pages.
On the sidelines of this signature sale, the poet-writer Daniel Loriston led a reading workshop and Writing, followed by choreographies by the author
As one would like any poetry, that of Jamesky wants to be absolutely fluid, without ambulation and subject of intermediary. Jamesky's verbal universe is superior to any other landscape. There exists between him and his language an immediate relationship, an existential familiarity.
Georges Poulet would say: Jamesky's poetry is a poetry of lamps, chandeliers, lighting devices of all kinds, whose function is to capture , to alter and recreate light
He is a poet who filters his emotions through metaphors, he is also a young actor full of conviction. Jamesky is also the valiant who goes beyond hope and who never fails in his nostalgia and his daily lacerations.
In this collection, the young Port of Paisien brilliantly illustrates his imagination and points the renewal of the Literature in the city of Capois Death. Jamesky jealously embodies hope and creativity in the Haitian literary landscape. The courage and the will are his weapons, to which is added the charm spiced with a taste for life which attracts him all the admirations.
With unique and infinite metaphors the young comedian validly signs his entry into the world of poets who will live in posterity.
