Sunday, February 23, 2020 ((rezonodwes.com)) – For this Sunday, my family and I have the privilege of participating in a worship service animated with songs of praise to GOD All powerful. This worship was held at the Church of the Tabernacle Mont Sion de Clercine.
For the preaching of the day, it was to Pastor Henry Max JOSEPH that the Eternal of the Armies entrusted His message to this Christian Assembly around the theme: “ Ann viv ansanm, ” according to the reference text, Romans 12: 9-11 which reads as follows: “9 Let charity be without hypocrisy. Hate evil; attach yourself strongly to good. 10 Out of brotherly love, be fond of one another; by honor, use reciprocal thoughtfulness. 11 Be zealous, not lazy. Be fervent in spirit. Serve the Lord. ”
Indeed, this text from the Apostle Paul tells us about love without hypocrisy. An met tèt nou ansanm pou nou ka bay Bon Dye glwa. This is why the word RELATION is the concept to highlight in our life. Otherwise, this word must be the subject of our daily life. Because everything we do involves a relationship. For example, being in church, being in school, in the office, or at home refers to a type of relationship.
What is your relationship with others? What is your relationship to Jesus Christ?
In Galatians 6: 2, the Apostle Paul asks us to bear the burden of others by explaining directly that this is, “Carry one another's burdens, and you will then fulfill the law.” of Christ. ”
A burden is a heavy load that must be lifted and transported. And it is often said that the burden is heavy while the transport is long. We consider death, turmoil, debt as burdens. We must help each other by agreeing to carry burdens. It should be remembered that the law of CHRIST tells us: “Love one another!”
The concept RELATION is a connection or an attachment between two or more people. Relationships lead to love for neighbor. In Genesis 2:24, he makes the obligation to the man and the woman to love and to be united by saying: “This is why the man will leave his father and his mother, and will become attached to his woman, and they will become one flesh. ” In this verse we can deduce that GOD's intention is that there be a lasting bond or relationship between the husband and his wife.
My brothers and sisters, we must know that unity between Christians flow from the love of GOD. In Luke 10:27, the Lord Jesus Christ asks us to love our neighbor as ourselves. In addition, we can notice that the deep love and mercy of the good Samaritan towards the victim who was injured and lying on the ground. The good samaritan took it and took it to the hospital.
We have to be a team player and it is an obligation for us to prioritize love in our home and in our environment. The Christian must be sincere in the manifestation of his love for his neighbors. We must have love without hypocrisy in our daily life or in our practical life. In other words: we must love in action and not in word. We must love in good times as in bad days and in all circumstances (in illness, in death, in times of economic crisis). Love requires us to be always present in order to help to others.
Despite the difficult situation today in Haiti, Christians must continue to love one another. Christians must practice hospitality like Abraham, who managed to house angels without even knowing it.
Christians must treat and help their brothers and sisters with gentleness, prudence and will.
Christian must avoid offending his neighbors. It is necessary to exhort with a spirit of sweetness. That’s why Christians should confess to one another and pray for one another. Because, the Bible makes us understand that “if you confess, your soul will be healed.”
Be aware that if you do not have a relationship with your brother or your sister, it will be difficult for you to have relations with GOD.
The Christian must avoid gossip and all that can defile the soul. Se pa tout pawòl yo vini rakonte w pou aksepte tande. Fòk nou avoids tripotaj. Fòk nou avoids fè konplo sou moun. Fòk nou evite fè akizasyon sou moun.
Christians must avoid backbiting according to 1 Peter 2: 1 which tells us that “Therefore rejecting all malice and all trickery, dissimulation, envy, and all backbiting”. Nou dwe chache antant pou nou ka rive viv ansanm. Practice good for others.
In practicing love for others, Christians must visit the sick, prisoners, and those who face life's challenges.
With love, Christians Must Encourage the Weak.
Christians are obligated to follow the example of Jesus Christ by forgiving one another. And you must forgive without limits.
We are, my brothers and sisters, if we are saved, we are all on our way to heaven. So, let's grow in love and have a team spirit practice the Haitian expression which is called “Union is strength.”
If w pa gen relasyon ak frè we ak sè w, or pap ka gen relasyon ak Bon Dye nan syèl la;
Si w pa gen relasyon ak anviwònman w, or pap ka gen relasyon ak Bon Dye ki nan syèl la.
My brothers and sisters, let us practice brotherly love and mercy in our daily life and we will have peace forever.
GOD bless you!
