The 40 preselected couples of the Konpa Danse Challenge (KDC), from all over the country, attended a technical training at Quisqueya University (UniQ) during the weekend.

The regional selections are the next step of the Konpa Danse Challenge contest, whose national grand final is scheduled for December, to designate the couples champion and vice-champion of Haiti.
