Haiti – Mexico City: Jovenel Moses Receives the Grievances of the Haitian Diaspora
Saturday, December 1 at the Hyatt Hotel in Mexico City (Polanco zone), during a dinner organized at the initiative of the Ambassador of Haiti in Mexico City, Guy Lamothe, in which participated the President Jovenel Moses and his wife Martine, representatives of the Haitian community Kely Rely and Guerda Massillon, the community agent Romain Étienne, presented their grievances to the President.
Kely Rely, for his part, is the advocate of Pilate his hometown hard hit by the earthquake of October 2018, one of the few remaining green in Haiti and one of the leaders in the coffee production, is still waiting for an emergency intervention by the Government. He asked in a document given to President Moses: the construction and paving of the Pilate / Placentia / Gros Morne road, electrification, support for farmers in the region.
