Haiti – FLASH : A minister will resign !

However, I regret to announce that I will submit him my resignation in the coming hours,” such is the statement of Guyler C. Delva, Minister of Culture and Communication.
This statement comes after the announcement of the increase in petroleum products at the pump and the withdrawal of the measure a few hours later, and 3 days of riots in the metropolitan area and in various areas of the country, for its part the National Police of Haiti accused the Government of a lack of communication, knowing that the Government was going process to increase, but not knowing when, the PNH was therefore be in a situation where it was nor prepared, for failure to be informed, for lack of communication…
Let’s recall that Minister Delva was nominated Monday, April 23, 2018, replacing Limond Toussaint.
