The open conflict between the Haitian Executive in particular through the engineer Joaséus Nader, Minister of Public Works, Transport and Communication, the President of the Republic, Jovenel Moise and the advisers of the Superior Court of Accounts and of Administrative Disputes (CSC / CA) in recent weeks have not left the international community on a diplomatic mission in Haiti without reaction.
Indeed, in a press release, the French Ambassador confirms having received the 22 September for a working breakfast the President of the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSCCA), Mr. Rogavil Boisguéné. During this interview, the importance of the Court was underlined, an independent institution whose competences correspond to those of the French Court of Auditors and the French Council of State. “These institutions play an essential role in the proper functioning of the rule of law,” notes the French embassy.
Moreover, the note published on the official Facebook page of the French embassy in Haiti mentions that Ambassador Paul Gomez and the President of the Court have agreed to work together to strengthen cooperation between the French Embassy and the Court.
Note that in the middle of the week to file an electricity contract at the CSC / CA, the Minister of TPTC in company of the press and armed men made a brutal intrusion into the premises of the constitutionally independent institution.
