When ordered by the assize court, it doi t be decided under the majority conditions provided for by the Code of Criminal Procedure for the pronouncement of the maximum sentence.
Article 95.- Placement under mobile electronic surveillance carries for the sentenced person the obligation to wear, for a duration two (2) years, renewable once (1) in tort and two (2) times in criminal, a transmitter allowing at any time to determine its location remotely throughout the territory of the Republic
The court warns the sentenced person that placement under mobile electronic surveillance cannot be carried out without his consent, but that, failing that or if he fails to fulfill his obligations, the imprisonment pronounced pursuant to the sixth
paragraph of article 84 may be implemented.
Article 96.- The procedures for carrying out placement under mobile electronic surveillance are set by the Code of Criminal Procedure.
