The Gray Man is the Russo Brothers' next film after “Cherry” which starred Tom Holland. The film will retrace the life of Court Gentry, a CIA veteran who is betrayed by his own agency, forcing him to become a fugitive, and Lloyd Hansen, a former colleague at the agency sent to hunt him down.
Ryan Gosling (Court Gentry) and Chris Evans (Lloyd Hansen) will star alongside Ana de Armas, Jessica Henwick, Dhanush, Wagner Moura, Julia Butters, Regé-Jean Page, Billy Bob Thornton, Alfre Woodard, Callan Mulvey and Eme Ikwuakor .
Jimmy Jean-Louis will play the role of Alex Dumas. Filming for the film, which was scheduled to begin January 18, 2021 in Long Beach, California, has been postponed to March 1. Page completed her role in the first month of filming. The directors shot scenes in Europe in the spring, with locations such as Prague the capital of the Czech Republic and Chantilly Castle in France. Filming in Prague took place from June 27, 2021 and ended on July 23, 2021.
